Co-active coaching at Still Waters provides an ongoing partnership between you and your coach. This partnership is designed to help you produce greater quality, performance, balance, and fulfillment in your personal and professional life. We listen carefully to your goals and perspectives, and use these to customize our approach to your individual needs.

We believe everyone is naturally creative, resourceful, and insightful. Solutions and strategies can come from within you. Therefore, the job of a coach is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that you already have. Through the coaching process, you will learn to set better goals, make more fulfilling decisions, and draw on your own natural strengths.

Coaching is not psychotherapy. It does not focus on relieving psychological pain or treating cognitive, behavioral or emotional disorders. While insurance does not cover coaching, continuing education or professional development funds may.

Sample Session:

To get a powerful, first-hand experience of a co-active coaching relationship, request a 15 minute sample phone session. You will learn how you can begin reaching the goals you desire for your life. Fee: Free

Initial Intake Session:

Once you decide coaching is for you, the first task of the coaching relationship is to design the alliance. This means tailoring the structure, goals, and process of the coaching contract to your specific needs. This requires an extended initial session of up to 2½ hours, preferably conducted face-to-face at the Still Waters office in New Lenox, IL. This session may also be done by phone, if the situation requires it. Fee: $250

Regular Coaching Sessions:

Regularly scheduled sessions, usually by phone, are contracted by the month. Fee: $100.
